Hi There! You need to return some NICESTUFF? No problem. In an effort to make this as straight forward as possible here are some official words regarding our return policy.
- You have 30 days from your order date to request a return.
- We accept NICESTUFF that is unworn, unwashed, damage free and inside its original packaging with hangtags attached.
- We offer free shipping on eligible returns.

You will then receive a prepaid shipping label via e-mail. All returns must be sent with our prepaid label in order to guarantee a refund.
TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
Send an e-mail to info@nicestuffclothing.com and provide the following information:

Order Number
Reason for Exchange and Details of the Replacement Item(s)
You will then receive a prepaid shipping label via e-mail. All returns must be sent with our prepaid label. Upon receiving the original merchandise back at our distribution center the new item(s) will be shipped immediately.
REFUNDS
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original form of payment 7-10 business days after our distribution center receives the merchandise.
